ఏటా సెప్టెంబరు 17న తెలంగాణ ప్రజాపాలన దినోత్సవం నిర్వహించాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు 2024, సెప్టెంబరు 16న ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. 1948 సెప్టెంబరు 17న తెలంగాణ.. రాచరిక పాలన నుంచి ప్రజాస్వామ్య పరిపాలనలోకి ప్రవేశించింది. స్వతంత్ర భారతదేశంలో భాగంగా మారిందనడానికి ఈ రోజు ఒక సాక్ష్యంగా నిలుస్తుంది. దీనిలో భాగంగానే 17వ తేదీని తెలంగాణ ప్రజాపాలన దినోత్సవంగా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా నిర్వహించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది.
తెలంగాణలోని రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా రాజేంద్రనగర్‌లో ఉన్న ఆచార్య జయశంకర్‌ వ్యవసాయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలోని అగ్రిహబ్‌ ఆవిష్కరణల కేంద్రం (ఇన్నోవేషన్‌ సెంటర్‌) దేశంలో వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో మొదటి ఇంక్యుబేటర్‌గా గుర్తింపు పొందింది. వ్యవసాయం, అనుబంధ రంగాల్లో ఆవిష్కరణలు, బ్లాక్‌చైన్, రోబోటిక్, క్లౌడ్, డ్రోన్‌ల వంటి అధునాతన సాంకేతికతలతో రైతుల సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారాలు చూపే ఆలోచనలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తోంది. * 2021లో ప్రభుత్వం 10 వేల చదరపు అడుగుల విస్తీర్ణంలో అగ్రిహబ్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేసింది. దీనికి నాబార్డు రూ.9 కోట్ల సాయం అందించింది. వరంగల్, జగిత్యాల, వికారాబాద్‌లలో ప్రాంతీయ కేంద్రాలున్నాయి.
స్టార్టప్‌ ఇండియాకు చెందిన అన్ని కార్యకలాపాలు, వ్యవస్థలను ఒక గొడుగు కిందకు తీసుకువచ్చేలా కంపెనీల చట్టంలోని సెక్షన్‌-8 కింద ఒక లాభాపేక్ష లేని సంస్థ (నాన్‌ ఫర్‌ ప్రాఫిట్‌ కంపెనీ)ను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని వాణిజ్య శాక మంత్రి పీయూశ్‌ గోయెల్‌ 2024, సెప్టెంబరు 16న తెలిపారు. * పెట్టుబడుల ప్రోత్సాహకానికి జాతీయ వ్యవస్థగా పనిచేస్తున్న ఇన్వెస్ట్‌ ఇండియా తరహాలోనే ఈ సంస్థ ఉంటుందని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
