Shivraj Singh Chouhan

♦ Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated 227 Gender Resource Centres in 13 states under the Nayi Chetna 3.0 campaign on 25 November 2024. ♦ The month-long campaign will run across all states and Union Territories till the 23rd of December. The slogan for this year’s campaign is “Ek Saath, Ek Awaaz, Hinsa Ke Khilaaf.” ♦ It is organized by the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission under the aegis of the Rural Development Ministry. The initiative is led by an extensive Self-Help Group network under this mission.

National Mission on Natural Farming (NMNF)

♦ The Union Cabinet approved the launch of the National Mission on Natural Farming (NMNF) as a standalone Centrally Sponsored Scheme on 25 November 2024. ♦ The mission will operate with a total financial outlay of Rs.2,481 crore, with Rs.1,584 crore contributed by the central government and Rs.897 crore from state governments, covering the period up to the 15th Finance Commission (2025-26). ♦ The mission aims to transition farmers towards natural farming methods that are chemical-free and rooted in traditional knowledge systems. ♦ These practices involve integrating local livestock with diversified crop systems, utilizing location-specific technologies, and promoting agro-ecological principles tailored to local conditions. Other approvels.. ♦ The Union Cabinet has approved the continuation of its flagship initiative, the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) with an enhanced scope of work and an allocated budget of Rs.2,750 crore rupees for the period till March 31, 2028. AIM 2.0 is a step towards Viksit Bharat that aims to expand, strengthen, and deepen India’s already vibrant innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.  ♦ The Union Cabinet also approved the One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) scheme, allocating Rs.6,000 crore for 2025-2027. ♦ This initiative aims to provide seamless access to high-impact scholarly articles and journals for nearly 1.8 crore students, faculty, and researchers across 6,300 government-managed higher education and R&D institutions.

పాన్‌ 2.0 ప్రాజెక్టు

శాశ్వత ఖాతా సంఖ్య (పాన్‌)ను ప్రభుత్వ ఏజెన్సీలకు చెందిన అన్ని డిజిటల్‌ వ్యవస్థల్లో ‘సామాన్య వ్యాపార గుర్తింపు’గా చేయడం కోసం రూ.1435 కోట్లతో పాన్‌ 2.0 ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను కేంద్రం ప్రకటించింది. ప్రధాని మోదీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఆర్థిక వ్యవహారాలపై ఏర్పాటైన మంత్రివర్గ సంఘం (సీసీఈఏ) 2024, నవంబరు 25న ఈ ప్రాజెక్టుకు ఆమోద ముద్ర వేసింది.

తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలకు కేంద్రం నిధులు

వివిధ పద్దుల కింద 2021-22 నుంచి 2023-24 మధ్యకాలంలో తెలంగాణకు రూ.1.22 లక్షల కోట్లు, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు రూ.1.48 లక్షల కోట్లకుపైగా నిధులు విడుదల చేసినట్లు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం వెల్లడించింది. ఆర్థిక సంఘం నిధులు, కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాలు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, అదనపు కేంద్ర సాయం, విదేశీ ఆర్థికసాయంతో చేపట్టే ప్రాజెక్టులు, ప్రత్యేక సాయం కింద ఈ నిధులు విడుదల చేసినట్లు కేంద్ర ఆర్థికశాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి పంకజ్‌ చౌధరి 2024, నవంబరు 25న లోక్‌సభలో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఏపీలో 63, తెలంగాణలో 21 పులులు 2022 లెక్కల ప్రకారం తెలంగాణలో 21, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో 63 పులులున్నట్లు కేంద్ర పర్యావరణ, అటవీశాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి కీర్తివర్ధన్‌సింగ్‌ 2024, నవంబరు 25న లోక్‌సభలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

‘నేవా’లోకి ఏపీ శాసన వ్యవస్థ

అసెంబ్లీ కార్యకలాపాలను కాగిత రహిత విధానంలో డిజిటల్‌ రూపంలో నిర్వహించేందుకు వీలుగా పార్లమెంటరీ వ్యవహారాల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ రూపొందించిన నేషనల్‌ ఈ-విధాన్‌ అప్లికేషన్‌ (నేవా)లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ శాసనసభ, శాసనమండలి చేరాయి. ఇందుకు సంబంధించి ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీ, పార్లమెంటరీ వ్యవహారాల శాఖలు 2024, నవంబరు 25న అవగాహన ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకున్నాయి. పార్లమెంట్‌తోపాటు దేశంలోని 31 శాసనసభలు, 6 శాసనమండళ్లను ఒకే డిజిటల్‌ వేదికపైకి తెచ్చేందుకు పార్లమెంటరీ వ్యవహారాల శాఖ నేవాను ప్రారంభించింది.

నరసాపురం లేస్‌కు జీఐ గుర్తింపు

నరసాపురం లేస్‌కు భౌగోళిక సూచిక (జీఐ) ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం దక్కింది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ జౌళి మంత్రిత్వశాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో చేనేత ఎగుమతి ప్రమోషన్‌ కౌన్సిల్‌ సహకారంతో దిల్లీలో 2024, నవంబరు 25న ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా ఉత్పత్తుల ప్రోత్సాహం, మార్కెట్‌ లింకేజీ, బ్రాండింగ్‌ ప్రమోషన్‌ లక్ష్యంగా అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి వర్క్‌షాప్‌ను నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా కేంద్రమంత్రి గిరిరాజ్‌ సింగ్‌ చేతుల మీదుగా రాష్ట్ర చేనేత, జౌళి సంక్షేమశాఖ కమిషనర్‌ రేఖారాణి, పశ్చిమగోదావరి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ చదలవాడ నాగరాణి జీఐ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాన్ని అందుకున్నారు.

ఉరుగ్వే అధ్యక్ష ఎన్నికల్లో యమండు విజయం

దక్షిణ అమెరికా ఖండంలోని ఉరుగ్వే అధ్యక్ష ఎన్నికల్లో వామపక్ష బ్రాడ్‌ ఫ్రంట్‌ కూటమి అభ్యర్థి యమండు ఓర్సీ (57) విజయం సాధించారు. 34 లక్షల జనాభా గల ఉరుగ్వేలో 27 లక్షలమంది ఓటర్లు ఉన్నారు. ఓర్సీకి 49.8 శాతం ఓట్లు పోలవగా.. పాలక నేషనల్‌ పార్టీ అభ్యర్థి ఆల్వారో డెల్గాడోకు 45.9 శాతం లభించాయి.

కేంద్ర క్యాబినెట్‌ నిర్ణయాలు

రైతుల్ని ప్రకృతి సేద్యం వైపు మళ్లించడానికి వీలుగా రాబోయే రెండేళ్లలో రూ.2,481 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేయడానికి కేంద్ర మంత్రివర్గం ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. 2025-26 నాటికి సుమారు కోటి మంది రైతులు 7.5 లక్షల హెక్టార్లలో రసాయనాల రహిత సాగును చేపట్టడానికి ఈ నిధులు వెచ్చిస్తారు. భూసార నాణ్యతను, ప్రజల ఆరోగ్యాన్ని కాపాడేందుకు వీలుగా ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. ప్రధాని నరేంద్రమోదీ అధ్యక్షతన 2024, నవంబరు 25న జరిగిన క్యాబినెట్‌ సమావేశంలో ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. సుముఖత వ్యక్తంచేసిన పంచాయతీల పరిధిలో 15,000 క్లస్టర్లు ద్వారా ప్రకృతి సేద్యం జరిగేలా ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటుంది. 2019-20 నుంచి ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన పనులు ఇప్పటికే 10 లక్షల హెక్టార్లకు విస్తరించాయన్నారు. ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ 2024, నవంబరు 25న దిల్లీలో అంతర్జాతీయ సహకార కూటమి (ఐసీఏ) గ్లోబల్‌ సదస్సులో ప్రసంగించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఐక్యరాజ్యసమితి అంతర్జాతీయ సహకార సంవత్సరం 2025ను ఆయన ప్రారంభించారు. సహకార ఉద్యమంలో భారతదేశ నిబద్ధతకు ప్రతీకగా రూపొందించిన స్మారక పోస్టల్‌ స్టాంప్‌నూ ప్రారంభించారు. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా సహకార సంఘాలకు మద్దతుగా నిలిచే సరికొత్త భాగస్వామ్య ఆర్థిక నమూనాను సృష్టించాలని ప్రధాని మోదీ పిలుపునిచ్చారు. అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న దేశాల ఆర్థిక పురోగతికి ఇది చోదకంగా మారుతుందని తెలిపారు.

ఇటలీదే డేవిస్‌కప్‌

డిఫెండింగ్‌ ఛాంపియన్‌ ఇటలీ డేవిస్‌కప్‌ను నెగ్గింది. 2024, నవంబరు 25న మాలగా (స్పెయిన్‌)లో జరిగిన ఫైనల్లో 2-0తో నెదర్లాండ్స్‌ను ఓడించింది. ప్రపంచ నంబర్‌వన్‌ యానెక్‌ సినర్‌ జట్టు విజయంలో కీలకపాత్ర పోషించాడు. తొలి సింగిల్స్‌లో బెరిటిని 6-4, 6-2తో బొటిక్‌ వాండెపై నెగ్గి ఇటలీని ఆధిక్యంలోకి తీసుకెళ్లాడు. రెండో సింగిల్స్‌లో సినర్‌ 7-6 (7-2), 6-2తో గ్రిక్‌స్ఫూర్‌పై పైచేయి సాధించి జట్టుకు ఘన విజయాన్ని అందించాడు. సింగిల్స్‌లోనే ఫలితం తేలడంతో డబుల్స్‌ మ్యాచ్‌ను నిర్వహించలేదు.  చెక్‌ రిపబ్లిక్‌ (2012, 2013) తర్వాత వరుసగా డేవిస్‌కప్‌ గెలిచిన ఘనత ఇటలీదే.
