♦ Vikas Sheel was appointed as Executive Director of Asian Development Bank in Manila  on 5 January 2024 for a period of three years. He is a 1994-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Chhattisgarh cadre. Currently he served as Additional Secretary and Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission under the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
