♦ Kolkata Knight Riders spinner Sunil Narine creates history in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as he became the overseas cricketer with the most appearances in the history of the tournament. Narine was named in the playing XI against the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium on 29 March 2026, which is his 190th contest in the IPL, and he has been a part of only Kolkata. He went past Kieron Pollard, who represented Mumbai in 189 matches.
