♦ Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) was awarded with SHRM - HR Excellence Awards at the SHRM India Annual Conference 2024 held in New Delhi.

 The company received accolades in two significant categories:

♦ ‘Excellence in Inclusion, Equity & Diversity’ and ‘Excellence in Managing the Distributed Workforce.’ 

♦ SAIL was established on 24 January 1973. It is the largest government-owned steel producer and one of the Maharatnas of the country’s Central Public Sector Enterprises. It is under the ownership of the Ministry of Steel.
