Qualification: MBBS/MD/MS/MCH/DM in relevant discipline along with work experience.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years. There is a relaxation of five years for SC/ST, three years for OBC and ten years for PWD candidates.

Application Fee: Rs.1000, SC/ST/ for Rs.800, fee exempted for PwBDs  candidates.
