Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a public sector undertaking of India, is inviting applications for the recruitment of Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) posts in various departments across the country for the year 2026-27.

Total Graduate Apprentice Vacancies: 608
Departments: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering.
Eligibility: Must have completed Engineering Graduation with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the relevant departments. Only those candidates who have passed after 01-04-2023 are eligible.
Age Limit: Must be between 18 to 25 years as on 02-03-2026. As per government norms, there is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Stipend: Rs.25,000 per month.
Training period: One year.
State-wise vacancies (in Telugu states): Out of the total vacancies, 62 posts are available in Andhra Pradesh and 22 in Telangana. Maharashtra has the highest number of 114 vacancies.
Selection Process: Candidates will be screened based on their merit marks and called for document verification in the ratio of 1:5. Final selection will be based on merit list and medical fitness.
