Indian Navy invites online applications from unmarried male & female candidates for the recruitment of Agniveer (SSR) 01/2027 & 02/2027 batches.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Mathematics & Physics. OR Must have completed a three-year diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognized polytechnic with 50% marks. Those who have done a two-year vocational course with Physics and Maths are also eligible.
Age Limit: Candidates of 01/2027 batch should have been born between December 01, 2004 and May 31, 2009. Candidates of 02/2027 batch should have been born between May 01, 2005 and October 31, 2009.
Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible. They should not get married during the training & four years of service.
Salary & Benefits: Selected Agniveers will get a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month with annual increment.
After four years of service, a 'Seva Nidhi' package of approximately Rs. 10.04 lakhs will be received along with interest.
Non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lakhs will be provided.
Application Fee: Rs.550 + 18% GST.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be in two stages:
1. Stage-1 (INET): A computer-based test will be conducted in May 2026. It will consist of 100 questions from English, Science, Maths & General Awareness. There will be 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
2. Stage-2: It will consist of Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test & Medical Examination.
