♦ Rajat Verma was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DBS Bank India on 30 December 2024. He is currently Head of Institutional Banking Group (IBG). 

♦ Rajit will succeed Surojit Shome, who retires on February 28, 2025.  His appointment is effective March 1, 2025.

♦ Surojit Shome has been at the helm of DBS Bank India since 2015.
