Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has issued a notification for the recruitment of Project Engineer-I posts to work in various locations in Kerala as part of its Homeland Security and Smart City Business Unit (HLS&SCB SBU).

Project Engineer-I: 12
Eligibility: Candidates should have completed at least 4 years of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/IT etc.) from a recognized university.
Experience: Should have at least two years of relevant industrial experience as on February 1, 2026.
Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as on February 1, 2026. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.
Salary: Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 40,000 per month for the first year. There will be an annual increment of Rs. 5,000 along with other benefits like insurance and area allowance.
Selection Process: Candidates who apply online will be called for a written test (85 marks). Those who qualify in the test will be called for an interview (15 marks) and final selection will be made.
Application fee: Rs.400. No fee for SC, ST, PWBD candidates.
