♦ Prabdev Singh (PD Singh) was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Standard Chartered India, effective from 1 April 2025.  

♦ Singh will take over from Zarin Daruwala, who will retire on March 31.

♦ Prior to Standard Chartered, Singh was the CEO of JP Morgan Chase Bank in India.
