♦ Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan virtually inagurated the 13th National Seed Congress (NSC) 2024 on November 28.

♦ The event was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India.

♦ The three-day Congress, to be held from 28 to 30 November 2024, at the International Rice Research Institute South Asia Regional Centre (ISARC) in Varanasi.
