Posts: General Manager, Assistant, Deputy Manager, Chief Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager. 

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc, MBA, CA/CMA, M.Sc, PG Diploma, B.Pharmacy degree in the relevant fields as per the posts, along with relevant work experience.

Salary: Per month Assistant Manager: Rs.50,000- Rs.1,60,000; Deputy Manager: Rs.60,000- Rs.1,80,000; Manager: Rs.70,000- Rs.2,00,000; Senior Manager: Rs.80,000- Rs.2,20,000; Chief Manager: Rs.90,000- Rs.2,40,000; Deputy General Manager: Rs.1,00,000- Rs.2,60,000; General Manager: Rs.1,20,000- Rs.2,80,000.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years for Assistant/Deputy Managers; 45 years for Manager/Senior Manager; 50 years for Chief Manager/DGM; 55 years for General Manager.

Selection Process: Based on shortlisting, CBT, interview, etc.
