Salary: Per month Rs.40,000 for Assistant Manager; Rs.50,000 for Manager Grade-2; Rs.60,000 for Manager Grade-1; Rs.70,000 for Senior Manager.

Age limit: 32 years for Assistant Manager; 35 years for Manager Grade-2; 37 years for Manager Grade-1; not more than 42 years for Senior Manager.
