Qualification: MBA/ MSW/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management) in the relevant discipline followed by the post with work experience.

Upper Age Limit: 25 years for Probationary Officer posts; 32 years for Assistant Manager posts. 3 years for OBCs, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for PwBDs.

Salary: Per month Rs.40,000- Rs.1,40,000 for probationary officer posts; Rs.50,000-Rs.1,60,000 for Assistant Manager posts.

Application Fee: Rs.600; SC/ST/PwBDs candidates are exempted in fee.

Selection Process: Based on Written Test, Interview etc.
