♦ M Suresh was appointed interim Chairman of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) on 20 August 2024. He succeded Sanjeev Kumar. Suresh currently serves as the Member, Air Navigation Services at the Airports Authority of India. 

♦ The Government Order said that Suresh will hold the position of interim Chairman for three months effective from August 20.
