Qualification: Degree, ME/ M.Tech, Ph.D. pass with minimum 60% marks in the relevant discipline following the post and work experience.

Age Limit: Not more than 28 to 35 years. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for PwBDs candidates.

Salary: Per month Rs.37,000-Rs.42,400 for Junior Research Fellow posts; Rs.58,000-Rs.67,000 for Research Associate posts.
