Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Maharatna public sector undertaking, has released a notification for the recruitment of Officer posts in various departments for the year 2025-26.
Details:
Junior Executive/Engineer/Officer: 732
Eligibility: Diploma, Degree, BE, BTech, MBA, CA, CMA, MSc in the relevant department as per the posts along with work experience.
Age Limit: 25 to 45 years. There is relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules.
Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.2,80,000 per month depending on the posts.
Departments:
Through this notification, Junior Executive & Officer posts will be filled in departments like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering as well as Finance, HR, Quality Control, Fire and Safety.
For Freshers: There are posts like Mechanical Engineer (72), Electrical Engineer (37), Civil Engineer (17), Chemical Engineer (15). The maximum age limit for these has been fixed at 25 years.
For those with experience: There are Senior Officer and Assistant Manager level posts in departments like CBG Operations, Safety, Sales, Law, Information Systems.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task, Psychometric Assessment & Personal Interview. The Computer Based Test will be tentatively scheduled to be conducted on May 3, 2026.

Interested candidates should apply online through the 'Careers' section of the HPCL official website (www.hindustanpetroleum.com). SC, ST, Divyang (PwBD) candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Application Fee: Rs. 1180 for General, OBC, EWS candidates. No fee for others.
