Industrial Development Bank (IDBI) inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) - Grade 'O', Assistant Manager Grade 'A' for the year 2026-27.

1. Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O': 1,100 posts
2. Assistant Manager Grade 'A': 200 posts
Zones: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Patna.
Qualifications: For Grade 'O' posts, Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 60% (General, EWS, OBC) marks. SC/ST/PwBD candidates should have secured at least 55% marks. Must be also be proficient in the regional language of the zone applied for.
For Assistant Manager Grade 'A' posts, Graduate degree in any discipline and at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank/Scheduled Private Sector Bank/Cooperative Bank/Regional Rural Bank.
Age: Should be between 20 to 25 years as on 01.03.2026. Maximum age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.
Pay Scale: Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per annum.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on online test, personal interview, document verification and medical examination.
Online test subjects: Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis and Interpretation (60 questions- 60 marks), English Language (40 questions- 40 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions- 40 marks), General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness/ Computer/ IT (60 questions- 60 marks). Grade ‘O’ - Specialist posts will have additional questions from the Professional Knowledge (60 questions - 60 marks) section.

Application Fee: SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay Rs.250 and others Rs.1050.
