♦ Ipsita Dasgupta was appointed as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard (HP) India market.

♦ Her appointment will be effective from October 30.

♦ Dasgupta will be responsible for leading all aspects of HP’s strategy and P&L (profit and loss) in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
