The Indian Navy has invited online applications for the recruitment of Agniveer (Senior Secondary Recruit) for the 01/2027 and 02/2027 batches. This recruitment is open to both unmarried male and unmarried female candidates who are eager to serve in a "Combat Ready Cohesive Aatmanirbhar" force safeguarding Indian seas.

Agniveer (Senior Secondary Recruit- SSR) 01/2027/ 02/2027 Batch

Qualification: Candidates must have qualified in 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. Alternatively, candidates with a three-year diploma in Engineering (various streams) or a two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics, having scored 50% aggregate marks, are also eligible. Applicants must be unmarried and remain so throughout their four-year tenure.

Age: Agniveer 01/2027 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Dec 2004- 31 May 2009 (Both dates inclusive).

Agniveer 02/2027 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 May 2005-31 Oct 2009 (Both dates inclusive).

Minimum Height Standards: Minimum height standards for male and female is 157 cms.

Selection Process: Based on Shortlisting, Stage-I (ndian Navy Entrance Test), Stage-II (Written Examination, PFT), and Initial Medical and Final Recruitment Medical Examination.

Examination Fee: Rs.550.
