♦ As part of this agreement, a Joint Research Lab dedicated to the "Internet of Things (IoT) Functionality Validation Sandbox" has been inaugurated at IIITDM Kancheepuram.

♦ This collaboration is expected to boost research in emerging technologies, enhance industry-academia linkages, and provide students with advanced training opportunities.

♦ The initiative aims to strengthen India's innovation ecosystem through joint projects, funding proposals, and access to ERNET's technological infrastructure.
