♦ The 10th edition of Foreign Office Consultations between India and Slovenia was held in New Delhi on 6 May 2025.

♦ The Indian delegation was led by Tanmaya Lal, Secretary (West) at the Ministry of External Affairs, while the Slovenian side was headed by Marko Štucin, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia.

♦ During the consultations, both sides conducted a comprehensive review of the progress made in various facets of bilateral cooperation.

♦ They reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the India-Slovenia partnership, focusing on areas of mutual benefit. 

♦ The discussions covered a wide range of topics, including political relations, trade and investment, science and technology, innovation, space exploration, digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), migration and mobility, defence, agriculture, as well as people-to-people exchanges and cultural ties.
