Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is inviting applications for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees in Engineering disciplines under the Apprentices Act, 1961. 

Details: 

Graducate (Engineering) Apprentice Trainee 

Apprenticeship duration: 1 year

Eligibility: Graduated in Engineering in or after April 1, 2022, in the relevant disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT). They must be registered and approved on the NATS 2.0 portal by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). Graduates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age: 18 to 25 years (as on 30-05-2025).

(Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, 10 years for PwBD).

Salary/Stipend: Total Monthly Stipend: Rs.25,000.

Selection Procedure: No written exam. Selection is based on merit and interview.
