♦ Gowri Sankara Rao Naramsetti assumed additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) on 2 January 2025. Currently, he is the Director (Finance) and CFO of MIDHANI. 

♦ He joined MIDHANI in 2020 as Director (Finance). He has been associated with Vizag Steel Plant as General Manager from 1991 and Hyderabad Cylinders Pvt. Ltd as Finance Manager from 1989 – 1991.

♦ MIDHANI is a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, specializes in the manufacture of special steels and superalloys and is a critical player in India's defence production ecosystem.
