♦ The dialogue included discussions on strategic trade and technology, with senior officials and experts from both nations in attendance.
♦ The meeting was co-chaired by India’s Foreign Secretary, Vikram Misri, and Japan’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Masataka Okano, along with representatives from key ministries and agencies.
♦ The dialogue was initially announced during the India-Japan 2+2 Ministerial meeting in New Delhi on August 20, 2024.
