Qualifications: SSC, PGDCA, D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy, DMLT, B.Sc.(MLT).

Upper age limit(As on 01.09.2024): 42 years.

Application Fee: Rs.300. Rs.100 for SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-service man candidates.
