♦ The 55th Director General level Border Co-ordination Conference between Border Security Forces (BSF) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) began in New Delhi on 17 February 2025.

♦ The BSF delegation is led by Director General of BSF Daljit Singh Chawdhary while Director General of BGB Maj General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui heads the BGB delegation.

♦ ​​​​​​​During the conference, border-related issues were discussed between the Border guarding forces for better coordination.
