The Government of Andhra Pradesh, School Education Department under Samagra Shiksha, has released a notification inviting offline applications from eligible women candidates for filling up Non-Teaching posts in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) across the state. Recruitment will be carried out for Type-III (352 schools) and Type-IV (210 schools) KGBVs through Walk-in Interviews at the district level.

Eligibility:

Varies by post. No educational qualification is mandatory for Head Cook, Assistant Cook, Sweeper, Scavenger, Watch Woman, Chowkidar and Attender posts.

Computer Instructor: Intermediate or Degree with Computer qualification.

Vocational Instructor: 10th pass with ITI / Trade / Music / Dance certificate and TTC.

ANM: Intermediate with ANM training certificate.

Accountant: B.Com / B.Com (Computers).

Warden & Part-Time Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed / M.A (Education) as prescribed. 

Age Limit: General Category: 18 to 45 years; SC / ST / BC / EWS: Up to 50 years; Differently Abled: Up to 52 years; Ex-Service Women: Up to 45 years (As on 01-07-2025) 

Selection Procedure: Walk-in Interview, Merit-based selection following reservation rules, Preference to local mandal candidates, Final approval by District Level Selection Committee
