♦ ADNOC Gas has signed a 14-year sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Indian Oil Corporation for the export of up to 1.2 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) on 12 February 2025.

♦ This agreement converts the previous Heads of Agreement between the parties into an SPA, with first deliveries to begin in 2026. 

♦ The agreement was signed by ADNOC Gas and Indian Oil, is valued in the range of $7 billion to $9 billion over its 14-year term, and signifies a major step forward in the partnership between the two industry leaders.
