♦ MV Rao was elected as the Chairman of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) on 21 March 2024. Currently, he is working as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Central Bank of India. 

♦ State Bank of India Chairman Dinesh Kumar Khara, Indian Bank MD and CEO SL Jain and City Union Bank MD and CEO N Kamakodi are elected as  Deputy Chairmen of IBA. 

♦ Madhav Nair, Country Head & CEO of the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait was elected as Secretary of the IBA.
