♦ Dr Thomas Schinecker was appointed as President of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA) on 28 November 2024.

♦ He is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Roche Group. He will take charge on January 1, 2025. 

♦ Schinecker served as IFPMA Vice-President over the past two years. He replaced Albert Bourla.
